How it Works

The recruiter prepares the Wowzer interview by recording video questions and then invites selected candidates.
The candidates receive the invitation via email. First, they get a chance to learn about the company and then they record their video responses to each of the questions.
When a candidate completes a Wowzer interview, recruiters can evaluate and share candidate responses with hiring managers
